Here it is november already and we are overrun with those pesky little varmints, the ever present ladybug, at least at this time of year.

On these warm sunny days the air is filled with millions of these things.

They are in the house, on the house, car, truck and even the cats and dogs. When will it end lane asks. The only safe place we have found away from them is in the shade of the woods. They don’t like the shade or the coolness. In order for them to terrorize they need warm sun.

Lane says she never thought she would be praying for cold air but she finds that she is.

When you do your laundry, especially the whites the bugs cover them up so you don’t even do laundry anymore. We use a clothes line.

Once these things are attached they don’t want to let go. You can shake them all you want and just when you think, ah, they’re all gone. Wrong. You’ll still find them in your shirt, pants pockets and they bite.
